Wills Form

This questionnaire has been designed so that you can provide the necessary information for your Will as efficiently as possible.

It should only take 25 minutes if you have the information to hand.

The basic rule for our Wills is that your Estate (the money and property you own) will be divided in accordance with Islamic Law.

You will be able to make a bequest* in the last section of this form.

Under Islamic Law, you are able to leave 1/3 of your Estate to any number of people or organisations who are not already included in your will (e.g. a Charity or a friend). This is called a bequest.

It would be useful if you have the contact details of your two Executors (people who will be responsible for putting your Will in motion and dealing with the finances) and two Guardians (someone you nominate to look after any children you have who are under the age of 18).
